Infrastructure and Project Financing

The firm has advised concessionaires, contractors, investors, credit institutions and other participants in the development and financing of various infrastructure projects, such as construction, operation and maintenance of solar parks, natural gas terminals and other projects in the energy sector. In our practice, we have participated in the preparation and negotiation of contracts related to the implementation of infrastructure projects, including joint venture contracts between investors or consortia, construction and work contracts, service provision contracts, credit contracts and related guarantees, among others.
